A building fitted with an NFPA and FM-regulation sprinkler system, LED lighting, BMS, rainwater collection for toilet flushing and irrigation, and the use of thermal insulation materials for doors, windows and roofs. The roof is fitted with a large photovoltaic system providing more than 2.0 MW, and there are charging points for electric vehicles.

The building has been constructed with a focus on sustainability principles, obtaining BREEAM certification at the EXCELLENT level. Furthermore, to maintain the balance and biodiversity of the area, ample green space has been created, with tree-lined areas and fruit orchards all planned in a harmonious manner and containing a fully functioning farm with donkeys for milk production and for pet-therapy activities for both employees and the greater community.
