The construction of a dual-faced logistics building of more than 27,000 m2, including two office spaces of 840 m2 each. This construction project was aimed at requalifying and revaluating an ex-industrial area. The building is fitted with an NFPA- and FM-regulation sprinkler system and has 48 loading bays and a 700-kw photovoltaic system. The installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof for self-produced energy is an extremely common aspect of our projects. Producing clean energy on site is an important first step towards reducing the environmental impact of the buildings of the future.
The building was constructed in line with the principles of sustainability, paying the utmost attention to the choice of materials and the processes of managing and generating photovoltaic energy. These choices allowed for the obtaining of BREEAM certification at the Very Good level. Planning was carried out with BIM technology.
