Engineering 2K built a new cutting-edge logistics building in the logistics hub of Castel San Giovanni, designed to guarantee maximum operational efficiency and functionality. The warehouse covers a total surface area of 32,752 m sq., with large spaces for both storage and administrative activities.

The building includes 31,678 m sq. intended for storage and 1,075 m sq. reserved for offices, with a clear height of 12.75 metres. To ensure maximum safety for staff and goods an advanced sprinkler system was installed that complies with NFPA regulations. The building is optimised for modern logistics needs with 26 customised loading bays and 19 parking spaces, to ensure smooth and efficient operational flow. The office area is air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort, while the warehouse is designed to operate without air conditioning systems, to optimise energy consumption.

This project has set a new benchmark for the sector, confirming Engineering 2K’s commitment to designing innovative and high-performance solutions in the logistics sector.
