This logistics warehouse, situated in a strategic position for Bologna, covers a surface area of almost 22,000 square metres. The building has been carefully designed to satisfy the operative needs of the user and the strictest environmental requirements. One of the facades of the building has been equipped with 14 loading bays and special access for light vehicles at road level. As well as storage space, the construction also offers 300 m2 of office space for the administrative management of the site.

One particular feature of the project is that the design leads rainwater to flow inside the buildings, visually cleaning the external facades. This attention to architectural detail extends to the form of the canopies, including that for bicycles; metal structures in bright-red metal. These elements, which recall fire-fighting equipment, contrast with the black facade, creating strong visual impact on entry to the site. The building is equipped with two separate photovoltaic systems. The first, 15 kWp, complies with current regulations, while the second, with a capacity of 500 kWp, has been installed in accordance with the specific requirements of our client. It is also thanks to these design choices that the project has obtained BREEAM Excellent certification, demonstration of our commitment to more sustainable building practices.
