The building is located on a redeveloped area; the requalification works involved the demolition of the existing building, the reconstruction of the plant building and environmental works, as well as the implementation of safety measures for existing urban infrastructure. A building fitted with an UNI-regulation hydrant fire-prevention system, LED lighting, BMS, heat-pump air conditioning and a circa 260-KWp photovoltaic system.
Particular attention has been placed on environmental sustainability, through the creation of a green roof to cover the offices, and the installation of vertical metal architectural elements on the facade of the office building that allows the works to suitably blend into the surrounding landscape. Planning was carried out with BIM technology, and the building has been constructed with a focus on sustainability principles, obtaining BREEAM certification at the EXCELLENT level.
