Just a short distance from the Riviera, in Santarcangelo di Romagna, Engineering 2K built a logistics warehouse with a total surface area of 6,996 sq. m, which consists of 6,248 sq. m for the warehouse and 748 sq. m for offices, built to ensure continuity between operations and management.

The external area was designed to simplify access and manoeuvres: 79 parking spaces for cars, 26 for vans and 4 electro-hydraulic platforms to ensure smooth and regulated goods handling. On the safety front, there is a fire-fighting system with hydrants both inside and outside.

Started in March 2019 and completed in August of the same year, the project bears witness to Engineering 2K’s ability to deliver compact and well-organised spaces in precise times, without ever sacrificing building quality.
