Engineering 2K has constructed a new logistics warehouse in Passo Corese, in the province of Rieti, covering a total surface area of 24,836 m², of which 1,030 m² are for office use, optimising employee organisation and collaboration.

Designed for maximum versatility, the building is connected to an adjacent structure constructed for the same client, with a vehicle gate allowing the two spaces to be managed independently while remaining logistically connected. The office building, distributed over two floors, includes a furnishable terrace that enhances the working area.

The building, which is equipped with 26 loading bays, has been designed to support the daily operations of the client, while, in terms of sustainability, a 26-kW photovoltaic system reduces environmental impact. Granted BREEAM Excellent certification, the building is also fitted with a sprinkler system compliant with NFPA standards, guaranteeing appropriate safety levels.
