A compact yet strategic project: warehouse no.22 built by Engineering 2K in the Passo Corese logistics hub, in the province of Rieti, fully meets the needs of an agile and functional distribution hub, designed to ensure operational continuity and space optimisation.

The building covers a surface area of 9,192 sq. m, 8,685 sq. m for the warehouse and 507 sq. m for offices. The warehouse is equipped with 6 electro-hydraulic platforms, integrated into a layout which allows for the optimisation of incoming and outgoing goods flows. Outside, the parking area includes 40 parking spaces for cars for staff and workers.

Started in November 2019, the project was completed in less than a year, with final delivery in September 2020, confirming Engineering 2K’s implementation efficiency and technical coordination.
