The main characteristic of the building is the +2°/+4° controlled-temperature area for the storage of foodstuffs.

The construction placed particular focus on sustainability; the building is fitted with LED lighting units and an 18 KWp photovoltaic system. The building has been built with a view to the future implementation of BMS, allowing the proper management of utility consumption.
