The Landriano logistics site has a new structure: Building E, built by Engineering 2K to support the hub’s large-scale storage and distribution needs.

The building covers a total surface area of 27,689 m sq., with 25,995 m sq. for the warehouse and 1,694 m sq. reserved for offices, designed to ensure a functional and comfortable working environment. Equipped with an air conditioning system in the offices, the building ensures a high level of comfort. Furthermore, there is also a NFPA/FM standard compliant fire prevention system which strengthens the already high level of safety.

The building is also designed to facilitate logistics flow with 158 parking spaces for cars, 101 parking spaces for trucks and 134 customised loading bays.
