The facility covers a total surface area of 55,455 sq. m. 51,590 sq. m for the warehouse and 3,865 sq. m reserved for offices, distributed rationally to optimise coordination between warehouse activities and company management.

To make it even more efficient, 86 electro-hydraulic platforms ensure a constant flow of goods loading and unloading, reducing waiting times and maximising daily work productivity. In terms of safety, the building is equipped with a NFPA compliant sprinkler system, to ensure the protection of people, goods and infrastructure.
