A logistics building situated in the province of Piacenza just a few minutes from the Fiorenzuola motorway exit, in an area characterised by recent logistics development. It is fitted with an NFPA and FM-regulation sprinkler system, LED lighting, BMS to manage facilities, heat-pump air conditioning, a photovoltaic system and charging points for electric vehicles. Planning was carried out with BIM technology, and the building has been constructed with a focus on sustainability principles, obtaining BREEAM certification at the VERY GOOD level.

The works were supplemented with interventions to improve traffic flow in the area through the creation of a roundabout at the entrance to the plot from the provincial road, and green areas were created, complete with the planting of native trees.
