Engineering 2K built a logistics warehouse with functional spaces, certified systems and a high-performance structure in Cusago, to the west of the city of Milan. The facility covers a surface area of 6,310 sq. m, flanked by two levels of offices: 180 sq. m on the ground floor and 430 sq. m on the first floor, for a total of 610 sq. m for administrative and management activities.

The warehouse is also equipped with 30 electro-hydraulic platforms, which guarantee continuous and coordinated loading and unloading flows. In terms of safety, the building is protected by a NFPA compliant sprinkler system, as proof of the attention paid to protecting people.

Completed in just over a year, project construction started in October 2017 and final delivery was in December 2018, in full compliance with the established deadlines.
