Engineering 2K built a logistics warehouse in the heart of Brianza designed to combine functionality, speed of movement, and optimised use of space. The building includes a 5,706 sq. m warehouse, as well as 594 sq. m of office space designed to ensure direct and immediate contact between between operational and management departments. The 4 electro-hydraulic platforms installed make it possible to manage loading and unloading operations smoothly and continuously, reducing waiting times and improving the overall efficiency of the warehouse.

Thanks to careful work site planning and organising, work was completed extremely rapidly: started in October 2017, and completed in May 2018, delivering the client a ready-built warehouse, perfectly compliant with the initial requests.
