Engineering 2K completed Lot R in the Castel San Giovanni logistics hub. The warehouse covers 50,546 sq. m, while the offices cover 2,172 sq. m . The 57 electro-hydraulic platforms support constant loading and unloading operations, and the NFPA compliant sprinkler system ensures the building is covered by high safety standards.

The project was completed in compliance with the expected delivery time: work started on the site in January 2018 and ended in September 2018, with a facility that was already prepared to be fully operational from day one.
