Engineering 2K built logistics warehouse 13.7 inside the Bologna Logistics Hub: the 35,900 sq. m facility which includes a 19,500 sq. m warehouse and 500 m. sq. of office space is designed to ensure functionality and organisational efficiency.

Particular attention was paid to operational efficiency: the building has 20 loading bays with electro-hydraulic platforms, designed to facilitate goods handling operations, increase productivity and reduce working times.

Accessibility aspects were also taken care of in detail. The external area includes 66 parking spaces for cars, 2 of which are reserved for people with disabilities and 4 designed for charging electric vehicles.
