A building fitted with an NFPA-regulation sprinkler system, LED lighting, BMS, heat-pump air conditioning, 4 charging points for electric vehicles and a photovoltaic system on the roof. Particular attention has been placed on environmental sustainability, through the creation of a green roof to cover the offices and the installation of vertical metal architectural elements on the facade of the office building that allows the works to suitably blend into the surrounding landscape.

Planning was carried out with BIM technology, and the building has been constructed with a focus on sustainability principles, obtaining BREEAM certification at the EXCELLENT level.
