To consolidate its logistical presence in Italy, Amazon entrusted Engineering 2K with the construction of its new distribution warehouse. The facility is situated in Asti, a strategic location for effectively managing the delivery of goods for the massive online retailer.

The facility, which is about 6,000 square metres, has 4 completely functional loading bays—one of which is reserved just for light vans—a modern, airy interior, and a 70 kWp photovoltaic system on the roof. By meeting both Amazon’s stringent quality requirements and high standards in terms of environmental impact, the building has been awarded BREEAM Very Good certification.
