A building fitted with an NFPA and FM-regulation sprinkler system, LED lighting, BMS to manage facilities, heat-pump air conditioning, a 255-Kwp photovoltaic system and 4 charging points for electric vehicles. The new distribution platform is also fully environmentally sustainable, thanks to the construction of a green roof to cover the offices and the creation of 17,000 m2 of green space, which is not only home to 10 beehives for the production of organic honey, but is also surrounded by the first organic olive grove, consisting of more than 60 plants.

Planning was carried out with BIM technology, and the building has been constructed with a focus on sustainability principles, obtaining BREEAM certification at the EXCELLENT level.
