Engineering 2K has built a logistics warehouse in Origgio for Caldic, combining simplicity of construction with elevated operational efficiency. The project was developed as a practical response to the client’s specific needs in terms of space, organisation and function.

The building covers an area of 9,597 m2 for warehousing, flanked by 1,228 m2 of office space dedicated to administration and management. The spaces have been organised to ensure continuity between operations and management, allowing for linear and integrated workflow.

The works, which began in November 2016 and were completed in July 2017, were carried out in full compliance with the original schedule, providing the client with a functional and ready-to-use warehouse.
