F&R, a company belonging to the E2K group, supervised the renovation of a logistics complex in one of the industrial areas in Verona in via Righi, restoring new efficiency to an existing structure with a precise, complete and highly functional project.

The project focused on an external area of 16,437 sq. m, where 7,793 sq. m was developed into a warehouse and 995 sq. m into offices, completely requalified to meet current customer management and operational needs. The project also involved the construction of a large 2,915 sq. m canopy.

Work started in June 2018 and was completed on time in May 2019, with a turnkey delivery able to combine a reliable deadline and quality.
