Engineering 2K completed two warehouses in the Castel Guelfo logistics hub designed to provide maximum operational flexibility and guarantee high performance, both in terms of efficiency and sustainability.

Building 2, with a surface area of 54,864 sq. m, with 2,173 sq. for offices has 76 loading bays, which allow for quick and simultaneous handling of high volumes of goods. Building 3, is slightly smaller but perfectly complementary, with 18,144 sq. m of logistics area and 903 sq. m for offices, served by 20 loading bays.

Both buildings were built in compliance with LEED Platinum certification, as further proof of the commitment towards sustainable and high-performance building practices.
