Engineering 2K built a new logistics warehouse in Casirate d’Adda, in the province of Bergamo. The building covers a surface area of 52,829 sq. m dedicated to goods movement and storage, with a further 1,034 sq. m for offices, designed to ensure smooth management of operational and administrative activities.

A lot of attention was paid to safety: the building is equipped with a VVFF certified firefighting system, which includes a sprinkler (SPK) and a foam system, to ensure effective protection even in the most critical situations. To support high operational capacity, the facility is equipped with 60 electro-hydraulic platforms, while the external area has a large car park with 190 parking spaces for cars and 25 parking spaces reserved for heavy vehicles.

The project, started in March 2019 and finished in September of the same year, was completed on time, meeting all the standards required by the client.
