Engineering 2K has constructed a logistics warehouse in Modugno, in the province of Bari, with an overall surface area of 50,000 m². The building offers versatile use, having been subdivided into 4 sections, which can be easily adapted to a range of logistic requirements. The building includes 4 office units, distributed over two floors, for a total of 2,400 m² of dedicated space (600 m² per unit). In operational terms, the building is equipped with 50 loading bays that allow the efficient and rapid management of a constant flow of goods.

Another particular characteristic of this project is the presence of four mezzanine floors, each with a surface area of 2,000 m². These spaces significantly expand operational capacity, rendering the building more flexible in terms of use and products. The building is also equipped with a sprinkler system to guarantee safety.

The complex has been designed with a focus on sustainability, and has been granted LEED GOLD certification, demonstration of our commitment to creating low-environmental-impact buildings.
