Logistics deposit situated in the industrial area of Maddaloni, fitted with an NFPA-regulation sprinkler system, a LED lighting system with DALI technology and an air-conditioning system with roof-top and ventilation-free cooling (Sintra Max-Ind technology) in order to guarantee high efficiency. A part of the building has been set up to house an automatic storage system (Skypod system by Exotec) through the creation of high-technology industrial flooring and utilities dedicated to the system.

Particular attention has been dedicated to the theme of ecological sustainability with the use of recyclable materials, the creation of an 800-kWp roof-mounted photovoltaic system, the installation of fast-charging columns for electrical vehicles and the obtaining of BREEAM EXCELLENT certification. Detailed study was dedicated to external areas, which have been designed and created to integrate perfectly with the surrounding environment through the creation of green areas planted with native species, as well as areas and equipment for sports activities, such as running paths and a padel court.
