In completion of the Casei Gerola Logistics Park, a second building was constructed, complete with an NFPA-regulation sprinkler system and a fire-prevention system with UNI hydrants, LED lighting, BMS and internal truck charging points.

Materials with a high reflectance index (SRI) were used in the construction of the building to reduce the heat-island effect. Planning was carried out with BIM technology and the building obtained LEED PLATINUM certification.
