Engineering 2K acted as the general contractor for the construction of this XXL logistics platform. With its oversized dimensions, this new, almost 295,000 m2 facility offers impressive storage capacity to meet our customer’s increasing needs. The 90 loading bays ensure a continuous and intense flow of merchandise every day.

Inside the warehouse, administrative offices with a total surface area of 1,348 m² have been set up as close as possible to the work locations for optimum management efficiency. The warehouse is designed to accommodate a temperature-controlled unit at a later date in order to meet specific storage requirements. Despite the scale of the project, it was designed and built to meet the highest standards of sustainability and environmental responsibility. The project’s BREEAM Very Good certification demonstrates our effort to reduce the carbon impact of our projects.
